Common Ground Skatepark is Ontarios's newest and largest indoor skatepark located just north of Toronto in Woodbridge at 421 Rowntree Dairy Rd. The park consists of numerous ledges and rails and has plenty of flatground for a game of skate. This also home to one of the widest mini ramps around at 32" ft wide and 4 'ft high. The hours are great being open fairly late and open all weekend long as well. The rates are reasonable and you can even become a member which lowers your costs as well. A large stereo system plays your favourite tracks all session long and there is also a tv in the front room playing all the newest videos. The guys behind the counter are also capable of fixing any minor repairs that you might need as well and the skateshop is fully stocked as well along with snacks and beverages.The park was designed by Glen and Bruce Carson of RamptoRamp who also built the park along with Steve Kelly of SkatersINC and the Perception crew along with many others. Great appreciation goes out to Glen and the staff who work hard to maintain so we can have a great skatepark, and it is still not finished being built yet. Don't forget your helmets and waiver forms as well.
